first hindi poem---"TaNhaai"

Main tanha hu nahi, koi mere saath hai..
Jise koi paas na chaahe, wo tanhaai mere saath hai.

Rang roop kya hai iska, ye main jaanta nahi,

mehsoos bas kar sakta hu,par dekh sakta nahi.

Kaha se aati hai, kaha chali jaati hai,
Pukaaro dil se agar, to laut bhi aati hai.

apno ke beech hota hu to, kahi gum ho jaati hai ye,
chale jaane par unke, phir aa jaati hai ye.

Nashe ko aur nasheela bana deti hai ye,
dhuae main kahi gum bhi, ho jaati hai ye.

Mazhab jo bhi ho, parwaah ise hai nahi,
kisi ek ka haq, ispe to hai nahi.

Sunti hai baatein saari, kehti kuch hai nahi,
Tumhe iski hai zaroorat, ise tumhaari hai nahi.

Shaayri ki shuruaat karaai, iske liye shukriya,
milenge jaldi phirse, tab tak ke liye takliya...

motivation at work..

Great to find out one of our colleagues who joined at the same profile and same time at Infy has already written two books- one a collection of short stories, and another a short fiction revolving around dystopia. Interesting…it seems…. How do u motivate urself  to work when people around keep on cribbing about the same  work.. Any guesses??? Easy…keep writing blogs…poetry…songs…in short…enhance creativity….in between work….after work...before work... 15 minutes of creative time is worth a fortune in a 10-11 hour regular working day…. U feel a lot better. And somewhat better motivated to do ur regular tasks… Oh…its time to get back to SAP…see u…soon…

the VERY SPECIAL first blog!!!

There needed  to be a start…and here it is…after thinking over for over months about starting to write…write…write something…and what better way than to write a blog…Yes, this is MY first blog…
Never imagined that this novel activity would start within the confines of a lovely establishment called “Infosys”…
The technicality behind this goes like this..Blog sites, personal mail sites, social networking sites are blocked inside the campus. Since somehow I RESOLVED to write my first blog today, the word document would come to my rescue, which I will mail to myself and upload it on my blogs page at google…
Coming back to Infosys, yes, this place somehow has been very inspiring to me… be it regular project work or any other extra-curricular, I have always felt like giving my 100%...there is something special here.
Back to my FIRST blog….Believe me, it feels like an achievement.  Small pleasures of life…
